This website is run by TN Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd, Plot 264-C, Sundar Industrial Estate, Raiwind Road, Lahore. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@tnpharma.com.

We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms, email or WhatsApp: your name, organisation, city, phone number, email address and the details of your enquiry. Side-effect reports may also include a patient’s initials, age, sex and a description of the reaction.
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not ask you to create an account.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry, process orders and follow up on distributor or manufacturing requests.
- To investigate and record suspected side effects and quality complaints, as required for medicine safety monitoring.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations in Pakistan.
We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Your information is seen only by the TN team handling your request. Safety reports may be shared with the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) where the law requires it. Forms are sent through your own email app or WhatsApp, so those services also process the message under their own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and our business relationship. Side-effect reports are kept for as long as medicine safety rules require.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@tnpharma.com. We may need to keep safety reports where the law requires it.
